Neysa worked in Radio for over 20 years, starting originally as a female voice; her last job
was as Sales Manager for KGO & KSFO in San Francisco. Neysa also spent 4 years in
newspaper (in Santa Rosa when the Press Democrat was owned by the New York Times.

In 2012, Neysa made a career change and became a licensed Administrator for an Assisted Living facility for the elderly. Her facilities, both privately held specialized in “Memory care”
with many residents challenged with a dementia diagnosis. Neysa ran these businesses, making all day-to-day
decisions related to residents and staff while building and tracking all revenue for the last
twelve years for the original facility, Bello Gardens; and Greenwood Assisted Living was added to her responsibilities in 2022.
Neysa has recently left her role as Executive Director/ Administrator to pursue new interests.

Neysa was also one of the first women invited to join the Sebastopol Rotary Club in 1990
Neysa remained a member of Sebastopol Rotary Club for 21 years.
Elected to the Sebastopol City Council in 2016 achieving one of the largest percentage of
votes in recent years, 38.9%. This was the most votes received in Sebastopol’s recent
history for a city council candidate. She is currently serving in her eighth year in office and
has recently announced that she will run for a 3 rd Term this year, the election will be in
November. During her 8 years, she has served as Mayor of the city twice, also Vice Mayor
twice. Neysa was serving as Sebastopol Mayor during both the serious 2019 Flood of The
